I was thinking about a beautiful and bright Valentine’s Day (or Galentine’s!) Cocktail and I came up with this one! I call it love potion no. 9, get ittttt. I’m cheesy, I know. But in all seriousness I can’t believe it’s almost Valentine’s Day – let alone February! Although I believe in celebrating your loved one’s all year, I do fall into the why not show a little extra on Valentine’s! This cocktail is the perfect way to share love on Valentine’s Day while being festive.
This Love Potion No. 9 cocktail is pretty red because I used red cranberry juice, if you want it more pink then just use white cranberry juice. This recipe can also be made into a mocktail to include kids, just skip the vodka and add a little more cranberry juice or soda!
This recipe is just for one cocktail, but depending on the number of people you’re serving you can double, triple, or make as many as you need.
My Festive Valentine’s Day Cocktail Love Potion No. 9 Ingredients
- 3 ounces cranberry juice
- 2 ounces lemon lime soda
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce grenadine
Fill the cup with ice from your NewAir Ice Machine and then pour in the white cranberry juice, vodka, lemon lime soda, and grenadine. Serve immediately.
