Although the weather might not be following suite, fall is here. One of my favorite things about fall (other than the endless crockpot soups, going leaf peeping, cool nights, candles, and sweaters with booties) is the food and flavors that fall brings.

If you’ve been following along with me, then you know I’m a huge sucker for Trader Joe’s—they have some of the tastiest, easy to make foods inside, and it’s next to impossible to leave the without something new, that will become your next item on your “must-have list” that you will love. You’ll get everything from sweet to savory, dessert to dinner, snacks to meals. Every year, I fall more and more in love with Trader Joe’s — here are just *some* of my favorite fall products from Trader Joe’s this year aka my Trader Joe’s fall haul. Cheers to pumpkin season!

Spicy Pumpkin Curry Simmer Sauce

I love curries and I saw this and was immediately So excited to (pumpkin) spice up my curry game! I picked up some rice to go with this and will be adding some veggies – carrots, potatoes, and kale/spinach! WALA you have a very cozy, easy, and comforting fall meal.

Honey Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli

Want a twist on your basic cheese ravioli? Try this! It’s great with some EVOO and sprinkled with some parm cheese. These pumpkin raviolis are the definition of sweet-meets-savory flavor that is to die for and will be the easiest dinner all fall long.

Unit Price $3.49

Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

My two favorite flavors have come together: pumpkin and cinnamon. Start your morning off with ooey gooey cinnamon rolls and a cup of coffee. Both the dough and the icing have lots of pumpkin.

Unit Price $3.99

Pumpkin Joe-Joe’s

I’ve never met any Joe-Joe’s I didn’t like, especially these pumpkin Joe-Joe’s. They are sweet, creamy, and perfectly pumpkin-y. They go great as a midnight snack, and yes your secret is safe with me. I have visions of me trick or treating getting boxes of those in my pumpkin bucket.

Unit Price $2.49

Pumpkin Bisque

This is a total creamy soup with a pumpkin base. A very filling soup that goes great with a salad to give a very filling dinner. It has all the elements a good bisque needs…thick, rich and creamy. If I had to imagine what a crisp fall night tasted like, it would be this. I haven’t tried this bisque this way (confession) but I’ve heard it’s also used great as a pasta sauce.

Unit Price $3.99

Pumpkin Tortilla Chips

These smokey, slightly sweet, and perfectly (aka not much) salt for these chips will be a hit of any function. I personally love these with Trader Joe’s Fall Harvest Salsa, but I know that can be a little much for some people, if you’re hesitant, they’re also delish with your typical salsa. The spicier the better – these chips because they are slightly sweet will help dull the spice.

Unit Price $1.99

Pumpkin Bread and Muffin Mix

This is what first got me hooked on Trader Joe’s fall items, it is so good and tastes like it just came from a professional bakery. It’s great because all you need for this is the mix, eggs, oil, and water. You can make either muffins or bread, it’s a perfect treat to bring to work and really WOW your coworkers.

Unit Price $2.99

Riced Cauliflower and Butternut Squash Risotto

I love anything and everything Trader Joe’s cauliflower, especially this butternut squash risotto. It’s great as a side or as a meal alone. It’s one of my favorite holiday/comfort foods without the guilt. This is something you will want to stock up on.

Unit Price $3.69

Pumpkin Ice Cream

Throw some graham cracker crumbs on this and you are set with the best and most festive fall dessert of the season. Trader Joe’s ice cream is some of the best – very smooth and very creamy. I’ve seen other fall/pumpkin flavored ice creams but they are not the same price per pint, and I wouldn’t want to even try and be let down.

Unit Price $3.99

Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese

This mac has not one but three cheese (the best ones too, btw) which are cheddar, gouda, and parmesan mixed with butternut squash pure and you can’t forget the classic seasonal spices like nutmeg and sage. One of my favorite things about this Mac is that it’s made with mezzi rigatoni pasta –  aka it’s short, thick, ridged tubes that hold sauces so every bite oozes with cheesy-saucy goodness.

Unit Price $2.99

Apple Cider Fruit Spread

Name something better on a cheese/cracker (Brie and Cheddar specifically) than apple cider on a cool fall night with some wine. Or if that’s not your M.O. spread it on an english muffin in the morning with a cup of Joe. This to me tastes like the season. It’s the perfect amount of chunky of sweet apples, tart apple cider, and warm fall spices.

Unit Price $3.49

Pumpkin Empanadas

Before I had these, I always thought of empanadas as a savory, not sweet indulgence. These specific empanadas are sweet pumpkin filled in a flaky pastry dough. They do have hints of cinnamon, cloves, allspice, and ginger, although they are very subtle. I now think of these as hand pies.

Unit Price $3.99

Pumpkin Spice Pretzel Slims

Think of your typical pretzel –  salty, crispy, crunchy glory. Now think of that but covered in a sweet, pumpkin spice-infused yogurt coating. Are you drooling? Cause I am. They’re the perfect amount of sweet and savory to get you through any day, any snack break, or any necessary dessert.

Everything But The Leftovers Seasoning Blend

This seasoning will taste like your Thanksgiving dinner leftovers without the mess, full belly, or family drama. This is good on literally everything, just like everything but the bagel. Let’s just name a few to start – popcorn, meatballs, burgers, mashed potatoes, veggies, eggs…the list goes on and on.
