I can’t believe I am already 27 weeks! Only 13 weeks (plus or minus) to go. It’s an overwhelming mix of emotion for time to hurry up and slow down. As we start to prepare for baby girl’s arrival we’ve been getting tons of recommendations on what we need. I was so delighted to see that Babble Boxx’s Mom & Baby Box had SO many great items inside. I love all the products already and I am sure you will too.
CeraVe Baby Wash & Shampoo + Baby Moisturizing Lotion
I had no idea that a popular brand that I know and love had a baby line. I have sensitive skin and have turned to CeraVe for skincare before so if baby is anything like me, she will have at least semi-sensitive skin. It smells and feels amazing on my skin, I can’t wait to use it on her. CeraVe Baby Wash & Shampoo is a dermatologist-tested, fragrance-free and tear-free so I feel comfortable using it on her as a newborn. CeraVe Baby Moisturizing Lotion is made with three essential ceramides and vitamin E.
Lamaze Baby Toys
As sad as Gatsby is that all these toys aren’t for him, I am sure baby girl will have no problem sharing toys with her soon to be favorite side kick. One thing I have been hyper focused on is having developmental toys for her. I love that these toys contrasting patterns, crinkly fabrics, and engaging faces, not to mention they’re adorable. My favorite was the little giraffe, it makes little noises so when babies move it around they hear it. Check out all of Lamaze’s developmental toys for babies here.
Philips Avent Bottles + Soothie Snuggle
Since I got pregnant I was obsessed with Phillip’s Avent Soothie Snuggles, they have basically every animal you would want and these binkies are the ones that the hospital gives out. How cute is this sloth!!! There are so many different types of bottles out there and so many people have recommended Philips Avent Anti-colic bottles with AirFree vents. I can’t wait to try them with my baby!
Stonz Baby & Toddler Shoes
Although I am not sure how much we will be skiing this year, I couldn’t help but “aww” when I saw these Stonz baby boots. Since she’ll be a winter baby, even if we don’t get up to the snow they will be perfect for cool winter nights. They’re cozy and come with adjustable toggles so they will stay put and keep the baby warm with wiggling feets. These Stonz Cruisers are lightweight, flexible, and great for little walkers. They have a wide opening and velcro to make putting on shoes fast and easy.
T.N. Dickinsons Witch Hazel
I think every single person who gave any piece of parenting advice told me to get some witch hazel. T.N. Dickinsons Witch Hazel Pads with Aloe are a must-have for postpartum to help with irritation, they are also super soft which will help ease the pain. The Witch Hazel 100% Natural Astringent is known to effectively cleanses, soothes, and treats irritation, without drying out your skin which will be great for when she’s up and moving, yet still clumsy.
Oilogic Baby Essentials
When I first opened the box, it smelt amazing because of these Oilogic baby essentials. The first thing I read about them was that they are vegan and safe for newborns, win win. The products are also tested by both pediatricians & dermatologists. Oilogic Slumber & Sleep Essential Oil Linen Mist is a natural aromatherapy to calm and relax a baby before bed. I’ve already tried it on my pillow, and loved it. The Oilogic Stuffy Nose & Cough Vapor Bath to help treat common colds, with Chris and I both planning on going to work and take baby wherever we go, I know getting a sniffle or two will be bound to happen.
Let me know if you try any of these products and what you think!
