I love cooking and trying a new recipe, but sometimes I just need it to be easy and delicious. That’s where Trader Joe’s comes into play, here are my favorite 3-ingredient dinners from Trader Joe’s that will be sure to be rotated into your dinner plans moving forward.
Of course, any and all of these recipes can easily be customized and changed depending upon what foods you like best or diet i.e. vegan, vegetarian, plant-based, etc. You can swap out proteins, grains, vegetables, and more.
Mandarin Orange Chicken, Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry, Broccoli
If you ask me, the mandarin orange chicken is one of the best-frozen options that Trader Joe’s has and it’s 100% better than any take-out option. Put it over some fried rice and top with some broccoli for an easy + delicious meal.
Broccoli & Kale Pizza Crust, Marinara Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese
This is my go-to for a quick, easy, and yummy weeknight dinner. All you need to do is spread some Mariana on this broccoli & kale crust and top with some shredded mozzz. It’s great to get more veggies but still curve your pizza cravings. The cauliflower pizza crust is also very delish.
Cauliflower Gnocchi, Pesto, Turkey Meatballs
Another one of my all-time favorite Trader Joe’s meals! I guess I’m an Italian-food holic and in case you haven’t been introduced to the magic of this cauliflower gnocchi, you are welcome. Toss your gnocchi with pesto and turkey meatballs for a filling low-carb dinner. Pro tip: cook your gnocchi in an air fryer or oven for optimal taste.
Asian Frozen Vegetables, Miso Ginger Broth, Frozen Gyoza Potstickers
This is perfect for a cooler evening. All you do is cook everything as the packages say, but leave the dressing off the veggies, and combine! Trader Joe’s also has so many different kinds of potstickers to choose from – chicken, shrimp, and vegetable so you can mix this recipe up very easily.
Frozen Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, Uncured Turkey Bacon, Brussels Sprouts
This meal is unlike any other and it will leave you craving more. You can swap out any protein you want with this (sausages, regular bacon, meatballs) but I love the turkey bacon. I also love this meal with frozen peas if you really want to make it easy.
Refried Pinto Beans, Eggs, Chilaquiles Rojos
The best part about being an adult? You can have breakfast for dinner anytime you want! This is such a delicious dinner (or breakfast) that I can’t get enough of it. Pop the chilaquiles in the oven heat up the beans, and cook your eggs however you want, I prefer over-easy.
BBQ Cut Fresh Atlantic Salmon, Broccolini, Vegetable and Soba Noodle Stir-Fry Kit
This is an easy low-carb/healthy dinner that’s easy for those on the go nights or when you want something light. I typically cook the salmon and broccolini in the oven while the stir fry cooks on the stove. It’s super quick! I top with sriracha.
Spicy Mexican-Style Riced Cauliflower, Carne Asada Autentica, Chunky Guacamole
I love all of their riced cauliflower! This makes such good bowls and the meat is so flavorful. If you’re feeling like adding one extra ingredient, I know this goes against my whole blog right now. But you can add in a tortilla to make burritos/tacos or serve over romaine for a taco salad.
