March is National Nutrition Month and I am taking it as a chance to reset my wellness goals. I’m almost three months postpartum (I honestly can’t believe it) and as a coincidence that this falls in National Nutrition Month or not, I took it as another reason. Here are some products that I have found recently that I am going to use to help me reset.
The Secret Nature of Fruit – Dole
I got two of The Secret Nature of Fruit is Dole’s ’s newly launched vitamin chews with a powerful blend of fruits, scientifically proven vitamins, minerals, adaptogens, and no processed sugars for both your body and mind. One of chews I got, The Secret Nature of Fruit Fruit-Powered Vitamin Chews – Beauty, that tastes like strawberry and pomegranate, YUM! They’re loaded with Vitamins A & E, Biotin, and CoQ10 all which helps hair, skin, and nails. The other chew I got is also one of the Secret Nature of Fruit Fruit-Powered Vitamin Chews but this one energy. The energy vitamin chew is perfect when I need a little pick me up (mom life, am I right?). They taste like watermelon and guava and are full of B12, Iron, and Ashwagandha that give you long lasting energy vs just a little bump.
Both fruit chews are delicious because they contain only natural fruit sugars. Plus they are are non-GMO, vegan, gluten free, and contain no processed or refined sugars, synthetic fillers, the perfect way to get your vitamins in with a great taste.
CORE Foods
I’ve loved CORE Foods bars for awhile now and even more so now being a mom with a newborn. I don’t always have time to cook and these bars are a great way for me to make sure I have something to snack on to hold me over until I have time to sit down and eat. They have two different types of bars:
- Adaptogen Bars. These ones are great because they have not only tons of protein but also they’re made with Reishi and lion’s mane mushrooms so you can get some help relaxing while eating.
- Keto Bars. These bars have only 3g of net carbs and have both Probiotics + PreBiotic Fiber with 0g Added Sugar. I love the birthday cake flavor, of anything, but especially these.
CORE Bars in the refrigerated section of the grocery store.
Soulless Ginger Ale
I found this brand when I was pregnant and needed something to drink when I was at friends houses for wine night or any get together. I love Soulless Ginger Ale because this was made as a low sugar, non-alcohol soft drink made for grown-ups, and since I am now a grown-up (LOL) I love it! It’s started with cold pressed juices and each can only has 35 calories. It’s great whether you’re drinking or not.
What other products do you love that taste great but are also healthy? I am always looking for new ideas!
